Ginette recently joined the MARCON team and brings 35 years of experience spanning throughout a senior management career in marketing, communications, and business development. Her passion for the client, her dynamism and drive for results have been the source of her many achievements in the financial services, wealth management, insurance, and telecommunications sectors.
Passionate about corporate governance, in addition to sitting on the boards of directors of private companies and non-profit organizations, she perfected her knowledge by obtaining her Certification in Corporate Governance (ASC).
PIERRE DUCHARME

With over 40 years of business experience, Pierre's career path has taken him from energy to transportation while filling several interim management positions (Bombardier, Bodco, GL&V ...) and sitting on several boards of directors on three continents. He therefore offers a rare cocktail of strategic vision and practical achievements, and he will be able to accompany you through all the steps of your corporate strategies.
Pierre has an in-depth knowledge of renewable energies and their use in fleets. Jean has been especially active in the following sectors: agri-food, ornamental horticulture, finance and insurance, other services (transport, environment), software. He is also an entrepreneur! He acts as marketing V.-P. and investor for an industrial software startup company.
